Senior Early Years Practitioner

Based at Elland Family Hub and Nursery

18.5 hours per week, working on rota basis, working between the hours of

8.00am- 6.00pm Wednesday – Friday

£27,106 per annum, pro rata

An opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team. We are looking for a strong, determined leader to join the Elland Family Hub and Nursery.

Key skills must include:

The ability to lead and motivate the staffing team whilst working alongside the current management team.

Substantial experience of working within Early Years settings with the ability to work in line with the Revised Early Years Foundation Stage (Birth to 5 Matters) and knowledge of the Ofsted Early Years Inspection Framework.

A keen passion for working with children with SEN and other identified additional needs, we have a demanding caseload of children currently attending setting.

We would like our Senior to demonstrate commitment and passion to ensure children have an enriched learning environment to develop and flourish.

A ‘Golden Hello’ payment is offered with this post.  This means the successful candidate will receive 3 incentive payments over the period of 12 months.  The first being paid when their employment starts, the second after completing a successful probationary period and the final payment will be made after 12 months in employment.
