We have some exciting new courses and activities, as well as some old favourites! Please try and book on early, but always let us know if you are allocated a place and cannot attend. This ensures that we can off the place to another family. We are also looking for new trainers who might be interested in delivering courses. If you are interested, please contact Chloe.Milton@nhpltd.org.uk for more information.
Courses and Activities are available to families living in North and Central Halifax, Upper and Lower Calder Valley, and Calder & Ryburn communities.
The courses we provide are fully inclusive and open to all parents and carers, whether you are at home caring for a child, a working parent or on maternity/paternity leave. We are also keen to encourage more dads and male carers to join in too.
We provide a wide range of activities offering health, wellbeing and nurturing courses to meet our priorities of school readiness, child and family health, improving parent aspirations.
Our programme changes each term, so the courses and activities shown are examples of what we typically offer and may vary throughout the year.
Once you have booked onto a course using a booking form, if you have been allocated a place you will receive a confirmation email and text approximately 10 days to 2 weeks before the course is due to start. Places are not given on a first come first served basis, we have an allocation procedure in place.
