We regularly consult with our families to ensure we are provide quality services that meet the need of the communities we serve.
We feel it is important for parents to have a voice and increase their active involvement with Family Hubs services.
Twice a year we put together a set of questions and ask these to families who access our services during a period of time. Annually, around November time, we have our annual consultation with all service users, which can be completed in the Hubs or be completed online.
Please help us to improve and shape what we offer and fill out our consultation forms. Annually we offer a £50 voucher to one lucky winner.
