Family Hubs are here to help every family receive the support you need, when you need it. We are here to provide information and tools to help you to care for and interact with your babies and children and look after your own wellbeing.

Becoming a member of our Family Hubs means you can access our range of services and activities. This includes accessing our daycare services, family support, family learning courses and various events throughout the year.

All the services are offered on the ground floor and there is an accessible toilet. Parking is available on the roadside around the building with a small car park to the rear of the building on Palm Street.

We offer practical, friendly advice to help you manage through those difficult times of family life. Including pregnancy support, SEND support, dads and male carers support and more.

We offer a range of services and support for dads and male carers. We are on a mission to help dads, grandads and other male carers connect with the children in their lives.

We are proud to be part of the Breastfeeding Friendly Scheme. We support families to feel confident breastfeeding out and about and breastfeeding is welcome in all of our Family Hubs.

Each hub has a named SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) who is there to offer support and guidance to parents/carers and children.

We support children to use computers as part of their learning experience and provide education around internet safety for both you and your children. It’s also important to make sure you stay safe at home.

Pregnancy support information provided by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and Better Births Calderdale and Huddersfield Maternity Services.
Our Baby and Toddler Groups offer the opportunity for your children to have fun and mix with others in a safe environment. There are lots of benefits including sensory experiences with new toys, building confidence and learning social skills. These Groups are also a great way to meet other parents.
Our Family Hubs offer a free program of activities and courses throughout the year. The courses we provide are fully inclusive and open to all parents and carers, whether you are at home caring for a child, a working parent or on maternity/paternity leave. We are also keen to encourage more dads and male carers to join in too.
