Dingley’s promise is a charity which has been commissioned by Comic Relief to deliver a training package to upskill early years staff in inclusive practice.
To achieve this award, staff have completed a number of training modules including:

- Difficult Conversations with families
- Behaviours that challenge
- Voice of the child
The award highlights our commitment to inclusive practice in early years.
