Wellholme Park Family Hub and Nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our dedicated team and help create an inspiring environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish every day. 

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years education. You’ll have significant experience working within an early year’s setting, along with excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and the Ofsted Early Years Inspection Framework. You’ll be confident in leading key areas of practice and enjoy motivating, inspiring, and supporting colleagues to achieve the very best outcomes for children. 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within our nursery, working alongside a committed team to provide exceptional experiences for children aged 0–5 years. Building strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies is at the heart of what we do, so we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to collaborative working and delivering outstanding care and education.
