DESCRIPTION:A new 12-week Gentle Exercise programme is launching at Mixenden Activity Centre (MAC) this September. This free course is open to anyone living with cancer or other long-term health conditions and offers a welcoming\, supportive space to improve wellbeing through gentle movement and connection. \n\n\n\nWhat’s included: \n\n\n\n\nGentle armchair-based exercises\n\n\n\nRelaxation\, reflection and talktime\n\n\n\nGames and a weekly raffle\n\n\n\n\nSessions are led by Lauren\, a Level 4 exercise instructor with specialist training in cancer pre/rehab and cardiac rehabilitation. DESCRIPTION:Singing Mamas is back on Monday the 22nd of September with 11 x FREE weekly sessions at MAC between 10-11.30am. \n\n\n\nThis group is for mamas\, grandmas\, aunties\, female carers and their little ones. SUMMARY:Free 12-Week Gentle Exercise Course
DESCRIPTION:A new 12-week Gentle Exercise programme is launching at Mixenden Activity Centre (MAC) this September. This free course is open to anyone living with cancer or other long-term health conditions and offers a welcoming\, supportive space to improve wellbeing through gentle movement and connection. \n\n\n\nWhat’s included: \n\n\n\n\nGentle armchair-based exercises\n\n\n\nRelaxation\, reflection and talktime\n\n\n\nGames and a weekly raffle\n\n\n\n\nSessions are led by Lauren\, a Level 4 exercise instructor with specialist training in cancer pre/rehab and cardiac rehabilitation.
