We are transforming the way services for families are delivered across Calderdale! You can be part of this transformation. We are looking for more volunteers to join our volunteer team! This is an exciting new volunteering role to support Care-Leaver parents. We are seeking adults, with relevant experience, to become Family Volunteers. Family volunteers will provide regular emotional support, friendship, and practical help to care experience parents and their families in their own homes and local communities.
Volunteers will visit their matched family at least twice a month and spend approximately 2-3 hours with them. These visits will take place during the day mid-week.
