At NHP we’re committed to looking after staff wellbeing thorough initiatives like Team Well and Take 10 where all staff are encouraged to take an extra 10 minutes break every day to do something active.

Many of our staff are working from home right now but whether you’re in the office or at home the exercises below are great to do from your desk or even while waiting for the kettle to boil!

This is a great tool when you just need to take some time out to clear your head, de stress and re focus.  The Teamwell videos have simple often chair based stretches that only take a couple of minutes. The Staying Active page of the Active Calderdale website has lots of ideas and links for activities too!
